In a post, the development team shared that Story Pack 1 is just the first of what's being planned for this year. There's a lot of free and paid content set to be released to Borderlands 4 in the coming months.
The first is the upcoming Raid 2 and Takedown. It's set to offer challenging endgame content along with an amped-up difficulty on the same level as the first raid boss Bloomreaper the Invincible. These updates are free to all players.
There's also three Bounty Packs. It gives players a Vault Card that's full of new cosmetics and gear unlocked through gameplay. It also offers new mission content that dives deeper into the lives of the memorable characters of Kairos.
Finally there's the Story Pack 2. For those new to the game, Story Packs are considered as the most substantial DLC for the game. It comes with a new Vault Hunter, multiple main missions and side missions, new gear to earn, and a bunch of new cosmetics.
