Go Gunhee is one of the popular characters of Solo Leveling: ARISE. Not surprising considering that he is, after all, an S-Rank Hunter who also serves as the Chairman of the Korean Hunters Association. This newest update for the game introduces a new version with the Holy Guardian Barrier Go Gunhee.
It has Go Gunhee being a Water element Buster. Holy Guardian Barrier Go Gunhee draws on the power of the Four Divine Beasts. He uses skills like Echoing Impact which can channel the Black Tortoise’s power to drive forward with a powerful shoulder strike. Meanwhile, his Burst skill Heavenbreaker Fist can crush surrounding areas as if shattering space itself.
Two New Events
As part of Holy Guardian Barrier Go Gunhee joining the roster, two special events have been launched. The Holy Guardian Barrier Go Gunhee Rate Up Celebration! Special Dice has players obtain Dice Event Tickets each time they complete a mission listed in the Mission List. They can then use the obtained Dice Event Tickets to participate in the event and earn slot rewards and lap completion rewards. Meanwhile, the Holy Guardian Barrier Go Gunhee Advancement Event has players advance the new Hunter and obtain various rewards.

A Fiery Debut
Holy Guardian Barrier Go Gunhee isn't the only new Hunter in the roster. Velvet also makes her debut with this update. This Fire element Successor is one who inherited the ferocity of the Monarch of Fangs, Adan. Her combat style revolves around Dance of the Fangs, an exclusive weapon that's formed by connecting two swords into a double-bladed spear. She can change her stances freely during combat then build up power as her attacks connect and to later release that accumulated force in transformed empowered strikes unique to each stance.
Solo Leveling:ARISE is an action game based on the hit webtoon, Solo Leveling. Players take on the role of Jinwoo and experience his journey across the beloved webtoon tale firsthand. They get to level up, take on dynamic battles, and create their own combat styles by selecting various combinations of skills and weapons. In addition to being able to team up with hunters from the webtoon, players can also summon their own "Army of Shadows" with the iconic phrase: "Arise."
Solo Leveling: ARISE is available on mobile platforms through iOS and Android. The Steam version is now titled Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE.
