An Epic Adventure Awaits You When CODE VEIN II Comes Out in 2026

Bandai Namco Entertainment America announced that CODE VEIN II is releasing in 2025. The game is going to be available for the PC via Steam along with consoles PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X/S. This upcoming title is a follow-up to CODE VEIN, released in 2019.

CODE VEIN II features a deep narrative that has players and characters bound by blood, fate, and destiny. It’s set in a future where the last remnants of humanity and Revenants struggle against a world that’s on the verge of collapse.

Rewriting the World

One day, a threat known as the Luna Rapacis emerges and results in Revenants succumbing to madness. In addition, it transforms the Revenants into terrifying creatures called Horrors. A Revenant Hunter is guided by a mysterious girl named Lou who has the power to travel into the past to rewrite the fate of the world.

Players take on the role of a Revenant Hunter. They get to intervene in key moments of history to change the key revenants’ destinies that reveal hidden truths and information to save the future.

An Exciting Journey

Players get to take on an adventure across a world that spans across two eras. It’s a journey where decisions carry weight and each battle tests skill and resolve. While there are a lot of action RPGs in the market, CODE VEIN II features a unique gameplay. In the game, players get to use blood drained from enemies and unlock different powerful skills. They also get to build strategies for combat using Blood codes. Finally, players can use unique weapons and equipment known as Jails to overcome challenging foes and epic bosses.

Players can also forge bonds with powerful Partner allies who fight alongside them and enhance their abilities. Each Partner comes with unique skills and deep narrative connections that shape the journey.

For now, the system requirements for the game haven't been announced. Bandai Namco shared that they’ll reveal many more details about the rich universe and gameplay in the future.
