KOEI TECMO America announced that a new title for the Atelier series is in the works. Developer Gust is working on Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land. It's planned to come out on March 21, 2025, and to be available for the PC via Steam. The game is also going to be available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch. In addition, the series is finally releasing for Xbox consoles that include Xbox One and the Xbox Series X/S.

Fall of an Empire
The game is set a world where alchemy has been made taboo and considered evil. It follows the adventures of Yumia Liessfeldt and her companions as they go on a quest to learn more about the fall of the Aladissian Empire, which once thrived with alchemy, along with the memories of its lost history. Yumia’s quest takes her across a ruined continent and while their uncertainties when it comes to confronting her past, she realizes that she has to create her own path especially if she wants to unravel the mysteries behind the cataclysm which destroyed Aladiss.
Theme of Memory
The game takes players on a journey as they explore the theme of memory. The main character is Yumia Liessfeldt. This young alchemist had lost her mother in an accident. As she goes out on a journey to learn more about the forbidden art of alchemy, she's also wants to know more about what the true intentions of her mother was, considering that she hid her identity as an alchemist.
She also gets to discover and ultimately become part of the Aladiss Research Team. Here she gets to meet Vikto von Duerer and his younger sister, Isla von Duerer. Joining them are a wide range of characters that include a mysterious woman, a timid demi-human, and even a former adventurer with spectacular experiences.
