The latest DLC for Atomic Heart is now available. In "Enchantment Under the Sea!", players get to learn more about the aftermath of the main storyline as they Limbo behind and return to Facility 3826. This is the third major DLC released for the game and being offered at $9.99.

In celebration of this new DLC, developer Mundfish is releasing some enchanting wallpapers for both desktop and mobile. Check out what they have to offer here.

Return to Facility 3826

One of the highlights of the new DLC is that it brings back the spectacular combat gameplay that made the game one of the highlights of 2023. Players also get to meet new characters along with returning ones as they dive underwater and explore the Neptune Research Center. A new adventure takes them back to familiar locations though they have changed beyond recognition.

The facility itself is more difficult with the enhanced versions of the robots and the new roster of enemies like the underwater mutants and MOR-4Y. The good news is that everyone has a fighting chance with the two new weapons added. The first is the Thunderclap, which is a powerful hammer that increases damage with electrical current. Then there's the crowd-clearing double-barrel shotgun known as KM-4 Kuzmich that comes with customizable bullet spread.

That's not all since complementing these two new weapons are new glove abilities. One of these is the Blaze, a burning polymer skill that lets players sling red-hot fireballs that deal area-of-effect damage. New as well is the Whip. This grapple-hook tool allows P-3 to pull himself towards enemies and deal damage while at the same time dodge quickly and accessing previously unreachable areas.

What are your thoughts on this new DLC?

Atomic Heart takes players to a mad and sublime utopian world where they get to take part in explosive encounters. To fulfill their mission, they'll have to adapt their fighting style to each opponent, use the environment, and upgrade their equipment. The game is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series One, and Xbox Series X/S. It's also available for PC via Steam.
