The wait is almost over as the full release of Back to the Dawn is coming out this Friday, July 18. At launch, the base game is going to be available at 15% off for two weeks, which is at $16.99. Once the discount period is done, the price permanently increases to $23.99.
The full release offers the Black Panther Arc, which is a brand-new storyline that features Bob the Panther, an undercover cop with secrets of his own. This substantial content update brings with it new areas, quests, and morally complex choices that deepen the already rich narrative tapestry of prison life.
Supporter Pack
In a post, developer Metal Head Games shared that as thanks to all the players for their support, those who buy the game before the 1.0 release can receive the Supporter Pack DLC for free. This DLC is also available to those who have redeemed a key. The Supporter Pack DLC contains:
- Two Special-Edition Dice Skins: Ace Reporter and Night Owl.
- Instant Photo: Enable the protagonists' unique emoji in Settings.
- Cell Decoration Bundle: Includes three cell skins — Golden Wind, Breath of the Forest, and Disco Ball.
- "Infernal Hero" Poster: Increases Reputation by 5 each night when placed in your cell, up to 5 nights.
- "Floodlight" Poster: Increases Rapport with all inmates by 3 each night when placed in your cell, up to 5 nights.
- "Hidden Room" Movie CD-ROM: Playable on computers in the General Building; no skill effects, but provides a unique 4D viewing experience.
- "Zoo Breaker" Audio Cassette: Features the original Early Access main menu music, selectable in the settings.

Those not able to make it within the promotion period can still get the Supporter Pack DLC but now priced at $5.99.

When the 1.0 version goes live, players can also get their hands on the Back to the Dawn – Original Soundtrack (OST). It's priced at $5.99, with a 10% off at launch.
