Developer Microbird Games announced that Dungeons of Hinterberg is finally out. That means everyone can now head on over to Hinterberg and explore the overworlds where they also meet fellow adventurers and even master new skills.
Here's the thing though, for those who buy the game before August 1, they can enjoy a 10% discount. That's not all since buying the game means players can also get the official game soundtrack, which has been written exclusively for Dungeons of Hinterberg by Austrian natives Wobblersound. They're going to take players on an audible journey across Hinterberg. By the way, be sure not to look too closely at the track titles until after you’ve played the game. That's because there may be spoilers on what's to come on the journey.
Aside from the soundtrack players can also get their hands on the "The Slayer’s Guide to Hinterberg!" It's the same one as that in seen in the game. It features gameplay tips, concept art from the developers, and even real-life inspiration for the in-game world.
Welcome to Hinterberg
In the game, players take on the role of Luisa, a burnt-out law trainee who's taking a break from her fast-paced corporate life and try to conquer the Dungeons of Hinterberg. The good news is that there's a lot of dungeons in Hinterberg, which means Luisa is sure to be packing on her first day.
In exploring the Alps, players can do it in different ways like snowboarding down a glacier, ziplining through the forest, or climbing a mountain, to name few. Basically there's no shortage when it comes to places for players to discover as they're out looking for the next dungeon. It's important to keep in mind that monsters lurk around every corner in Hinterberg, and that means sword and magic skills are essential for keeping them at bay.
When it comes to dungeons, it's more than simply using cutting-edge sports gear and having a good sword arm. This is because the dungeons of Hinterberg dungeons are full of puzzles that's sure to surprise and challenge.
You can get Dungeons of Hinterberg for the PC through Steam.
