The latest update for Cloudheim is officially live. Dubbed as the "Eldmyr Update," it introduces a lot of new features to the game. One of these is the new roguelite mode.
Runari Rush is a roguelite mode where players have to fight their way across collapsing worlds. They'll need to race against an ever closing firestorm while unlocking powerful upgrades. In this mode, players can choose their Origin, discover new weapons and abilities, and survive long enough to challenge Ashvyr's Champion.
In this new mode, players can change the difficulty level to take on a greater challenge and with it more runebeans. The higher difficulties change the fire storm’s behavior, enemy damage, enemy starting level, and how fast enemies grow stronger. Players can earn gold not only by defeating enemies but also by breaking rocks, chopping plants, and even smashing pots.
Eldmyr Marsh
The new update also opens up a new destination in the Vault of the Gods. It offers six unique regions for players to explore with three new bosses for them to fight. There are also new loot to uncover like a powerful new hammer. One tip for players is that they can use a Poisonous Egg at the Vault of the Gods to reach the marsh. The egg can be found by fishing or by feeding Odin Shell.
Willow's Wonders
Players should be happy to know that Willow has opened a shop. It allows players to buy new character styles and emotes that they can use to customize the Runari. They can use Runebeans which can be earned through Runari Rush and Character Trust.
