Crowned Sun invites players to a fantasy world that's rooted in the myths and spirits of Yoruba, Candomblé, and the wider Afro-Brazilian tradition. This 3D isometric MMORPG that draws on the warmth and craft of classic online RPGs and gives them a setting almost no other game has dared to.

The game sees players arrive in the Mirage Kingdom as one of four peoples. There are the Human (versatile, resilient), Iwin (forest-touched spirits), Egbere (shadow-bound damage dealers who trade defense for raw power), and Ere (childlike spirits with their own twist).

Players can build across two parallel tracks. There's the Base Level where players can grow as they go on an adventure. Then there's the Job Level that defines the path they walk, meaning the chosen class. Players can train their skills in the plazas of Ifadun, hunt through forests and ruins under a sun crowned in legend, and find their place in a community built around the orixás.

As mentioned, the game features an Afro-Brazilian fantasy world. The location, races, and lore are inspired by Yoruba mythology, the orixás, and Brazilian folklore. They have been built with care and not exoticism.

The game offers a living world of MMO systems. There are parties, guilds, friends lists, pets, mercenaries, mounts, instanced Spirit Trials, large-scale Spirit War battles, mail, achievements, daily login rewards, and even a Party Finder to bring everything together. It also serves as a homage to the orixás and their forces, woven into the systems and progression of the world.

Finally, the game offers cross-platform for the PC. That means Windows, macOS, and Linux/SteamOS support.
