Demo of Digimon Story Time Stranger is Now Available

Developer Media Vision announced that a demo of Digimon Story Time Stranger is now available. It can be accessed through consoles and PC.

The demo allows players to experience two sections of the gameplay, particularly the prologue. They take on the role of an ADAMAS agent and they investigate a mysterious disturbance that's happening around Shinjuku. Any progress made in this section of the game transfers to the full version of the game when it launches.

Once the first demo section is completed, a new menu option becomes available from the start screen for the players to skip ahead in the game. It allows them to explore Iliad, which is the Digital World where Digimon reside. There's going to be an available mission to explore and a quest to complete.

Digimon Story Time Stranger is releasing on October 3 and to be available for the PC via Steam as well as consoles PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X/S. It's been designed to be the perfect entry point to the series as it offers multiple settings for both the human and digital worlds. As players work with Digimon in battle, they not only forge bonds but also evolve abilities. They also have to take on a journey between the two worlds, even sometimes even across time.

Pre-order Now Available

Pre-orders for the game are now available with players getting to choose from four editions. The Standard Edition is available for $69.99. Meanwhile, the Digital Deluxe Edition is being offered at $99.99 and in addition to the base game has the Season Pass and the Cyber Sleuth Set Costumes.

The Digital Ultimate Edition is available for $119.99. It has everything in the Digital Deluxe Edition plus the Costume Pack and early unlocks of special Agumon and Gabumon.

Those who pre-order the game can get their hands on the pre-order bonus pack. It has trainable Digimons Agumon (Black) & Gabumon (Black). It also comes with the costume uniform of a certain school. The pack also has the Adventure Item Set which contains consumables and equipment.

Season Pass

The Season Pass mentioned comes with three DLC packs to be released at a later time. Each pack includes five additional Digimon and an additional episode. The Season Pass also includes the Golden Moai farm item which can be used to decorate the Digifarm.

Digimon Story Time Stranger is the next evolution for the beloved series and is a must-play game for fans of the anime-inspired RPGs. The game offers an intriguing story and setting along with memorable characters that include a wide range of Digimon with unique abilities to discover.
