Die in the Dungeon is Now on Steam Early Access

Developer ATICO is inviting you to try out a new deck-building and turn-based roguelite game. Die in the Dungeon is now available in Early Access on Steam. What makes this one different is that the deck players use isn't made out of cards but rather dice.

That's right! In the game, each dice represents a different action. These include basic ones like attacking or healing and all the way to boosting other dice or even copying their abilities. To ensure victory against the monsters in the dungeon, players need to improve the quality of their dice or combine them and obtain powerful relics. The trick is to find great synergies by combining dice with unique abilities to create powerful and bizarre decks.

Here's what players can look forward to in the early access version:

Three areas which are filled with new enemies and five unique bosses.

Three playable characters with each one offers a unique board and exclusive dice types.

100 relics to collect and experiment with.

31 different dice types with 14 combinable properties.

Four extra difficulty levels.

At least 40 achievements and unlockables.

Full localization in 11 languages.

Supporter Bundle

Those who want to get more can check out the Supporter Bundle. In addition to the base game, it comes with the Supported Pack. This pack comes with a new Cinder Skin which is the Dice Knight along with a new Companion/Pet that is the Baby Fly. The pack also has the full OST by Fat Bard which contains 19 tracks.

Roadmap

While it's still early, the studio has already revealed some of what's being planned. For the second quarter of this year for example, players can look forward to controller support as well as introducing to the game more difficulties and even an endless mode. Other things in the pipeline include:
