Techland announced that Dying Light: The Beast Restored Land is now available. This is a new enhanced version of the game that includes the base game along with all previously released updates. It also has the Restored Land content.

Restored Land is a stunning solo experience that introduces players with new ways to play Dying Light: The Beast. It also challenges players to adapt their skills to survive in the new reality where actions have permanent consequences.

One of the interesting new features is that players now have the chance to turn the tide for the first time. That's because killed infected won't respawn. It should let them fully cleanse regions and mark freshly-cleared areas on the game map. There's also the new mechanic when it comes to resources. Looted items are no longer replaced and shops offer reduced stock at higher prices. This means supplies need to be carefully managed as players need to stretch their resource management skills to the max.

Players should also be happy to know that there is now permanent world progression. It allows for high-risk activities like Convoys, Dark Zones, and Hives to be completed only once for it to be permanently cleared. Meanwhile, the new survival mechanics give limited materials and food. This results in players needing to manage hunger and replace depleted flashlight batteries.
