Head Off to Ivalice
Final Fantasy Tactics - The Ivalice Chronicles brings players to the war-torn Kingdom of Ivalice. This medieval realm has been fractured by political infighting, class struggle, and the ambitions of rival noble houses in the wake of the Fifty Years’ War. Against this backdrop appear Ramza, third son of House Beoulve and one of Ivalice's leading military families. Then there's his childhood companion Delita, a commoner raised amongst nobles. The two find themselves on opposing sides of a war brewing within the kingdom.
Modern Platforms
The game is brought to modern platforms through a team which was able to bridge generations. It combines original creators with a new roster of talent. Returning to the project for example are Kazutoyo Maehiro (Director), Hiroshi Minagawa (Art Director), and Yasumi Matsuno (Original Script, Scenario Writer, and Editor). These were the ones whose visionary work defined the original.
Joining them are a new generation of developers that include Shoichi Matsuzawa (Producer) and Ayako Yokoyama (Co-Director). They bring fresh energy and perspective to this ambitious revival.
