Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is Releasing on January 22

Square Enix announced that Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is launching on January 22, 2026. It's going to be available for the PC, Xbox Series X/S, and the Nintendo Switch 2.

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is the expanded edition of Final Fantasy VII Remake. Aside from introducing Final Fantasy VII Remake to new platforms, the development team shared in a statement that they also added an exclusive "Streamlined Progression" feature. What this does is make it easy for players on Xbox and Nintendo Switch to start their adventure. The Streamlined Progression feature introduces unlimited MP and HP at all times, unlimited limit and ATB gauge during battles, 9,999 damage, easier weapon ability acquisition, and more to streamline gameplay and allow players to focus on the story and hybrid combat.

Pre-Order Bonuses

Those who pre-order the digital edition of Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade for the Nintendo Switch 2 or Xbox Series X|S and Xbox on PC can receive the original Final Fantasy VII.

Players on Xbox can download and play the legendary Final Fantasy VII after a pre-order purchase. Meanwhile, Nintendo Switch 2 players can play starting January 22. This limited-time bonus is valid until January 31.

That's not all. Those who pre-order the physical edition of the game for Nintendo Switch 2 receive a Magic: The Gathering — Final Fantasy Play Booster. Each Play Booster contains 15 randomly assorted cards.
