A new collaboration arrives to Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis and it's giving everyone that fantasy feel. That's because it's with none other than the popular anime Frieren: Beyond Journey's End.
Those who log in the game during the collab period can obtain Login Bonuses that include Frieren, Fern, Stark, Himmel, Heiter, and Eisen acrylic stand-style Build Parts. There are also Special Scratch Tickets, SG, and even GP. Players can use AC Scratch tickets for Frieren The Slayer Style to cosplay as Frieren, Fern, and Stark. They can also receive weapon camos modeled after each character's weapons along with memorable accessories like the Mirrored Lotus Bracelet and Frieren's Briefcase. An Exciting Journey
Frieren: Beyond Journey's End is the original comic that's written by Kanehito Yamada and illustrated by Tsukasa Abe. It's currently being serialized in Weekly Shonen Sunday. There are already 13 comics published and more than 22 million total copies in circulation. It has since become a sensation among manga fans.
The story is set in a world where a hero and his party have already defeated the Demon King. It focuses on the journey of the 1,000-year-old mage who slew the Demon King alongside the hero and the new people she meets along the way. The first season of the anime aired in Japan from September 2023 to March 2024 and was widely loved by fans not only in Japan but also around the world.
A highly anticipated 2nd season of the anime has also recently been confirmed to be in production.
Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis is set 1,000 years after the events of Phantasy Star Online 2. It takes place on Halpha, a planet on which ARKS have been locked in a battle for dominance against the mysterious DOLLS.
The game features new and improved action combat. There's also enhanced character customization to allow for more flexibility and expression than ever before.
