Developer Moonpyre announced that Hellforged is coming soon to Steam. This loot-driven and extraction bullet-heaven game has players fight across demon-infested maps. To survive, players can pre-craft their build, obtain powerful gear, and combine abilities into epic synergies.
In the game, each run is a tense loot heist. Players have to explore the map and capture locations or unlock chests. They can also take on those challenging quests or even risk capturing rifts for endgame resources. Players can choose to recover and return to fight with new equipment or risk everything for even greater rewards.
Hellforged has players choose to play as one of the legendary survivors of the shattered expedition. They can select from unique character classes with each one wielding wildly unique and devastating powers.

Players can take their build to the next level by spending what's known as talent points in the Eternal Tree. There are specialized paths that can perfectly synergize with the combat style of the players.

This is because they also unlock new abilities, relics, and powers, in addition to the elusive secret achievements waiting to be uncovered. Players can control their fate by using the Arsenal to literally build their deck before every run, handpicking exactly which upgrades and abilities drop for them during the expedition.

Each run in the game brings back resources to help players prepare for the next expedition. They can rebuild the ruins of their camp and unlock new ways to improve the character. They can also enhance equipment in various ways and craft a combat style that is unique to the player.
