A new month is here and that means new things to do in The Elder Scrolls Online. Indeed. There's a lot to look forward to this July.
The first of these is the official launch of Season One, which is on July 8. Once it goes live, players can head over to Glenumbra and join forces with the Thieves Guild. They can also tour Tamriel alongside the Prince of Madness and even cross swords with scallywag pirates on the high seas. There's a lot of new content to enjoy and these include challenging trials and special daily story quests. Players can also look forward to free and premium rewards.
On July 18, players can enjoy a new challenge in Golden Pursuits. In particular, they can celebrate the new Challenge Difficulty. Those who can complete the different activities while using the system to earn a bounty of in-game currencies and some Crown Crates. The second Golden Pursuits launches July 29. This time, players can take part in Sheogorath's cheesy excursion.
Another in-game event is the Crazy King Battleground Weekend. It invites everyone to compete for dominance in chaotic matches of Crazy King to earn increased Alliance Point rewards. It runs from July 22 to July 29.
Real World
In addition to what's already been mentioned, there are also real world activities happening. From July 10 to July 12, there's the ESO Tavern 2026. How it works is that the Castle Ludwigstein in Hesse, Germany, opens its gates to the #ESOFam. There players and devs can enjoy socializing, swapping tales of their adventures in Tamriel, and enjoying fun ESO-themed activities.
Then on July 24 to July 25, The Elder Scrolls Online heads to the Gaming Community Expo (GCX) 2026 over at the Universal Orlando Resort. For the duration of the two days, everyone can enjoy a fan-run experience that's hosted by MrsNineTales, Nine_Tale_Fox, and the Adventurers Guild of Giving. There's also going to be a special dev and community panel.
