HYKE:Northern Light(s) is Releasing this Summer for PC and Consoles

Akatsuki Games announced that its upcoming title HYKE:Northern Light(s) is coming out this summer. It's releasing for the PC via Steam along with consoles PlayStation 5 and the Nintendo Switch.

The release window was released during the INDIE Live Expo. That's not all since the studio has also opened the Steam store page and allows fans to wishlist the game. A new trailer has been released as well and it can be viewed here.

HYKE:Northern Light(s) tells the story of a world that's been devastated by a war between witches and humans. The game focuses on the young and white-haired girl named Hyke. She's travelling across the world searching for her long-lost mother. Eventually she reaches an unexplored land that's called the "Forbidden Areas." Her destiny is set in motion when she encounters the "Meteos," witches who serve as guards of the Forbidden Areas.

Camping and Travelling

The game invites players on an exciting 2D top-down action pixel RPG as they team up with Hyke, a witch who loves camping. They get to explore dangerous forbidden zones filled with magic. When resting from the journey, players get to enjoy the warmth of campfires and even listen to soothing music. It's important for players to relax before setting out on more daring adventures with their companions.
