Imaginytes Arrives in Steam Early Access Today

Egome Games announced thatImaginytes is now in Early Access on Steam. This strategic roguelite deckbuilder tower defense is courtesy of former LEGO designer Rasmus Lindholm.

The release to early access comes as a result of feedback from hundreds of demo players. The game already has a wealth of content along with hours of replayability. The launch in Early Access marks the start of a collaborative phase where the plan is for the game to continue growing based on community input. The goal is to refine balance, expand content, and further evolve the systems.

Imaginytes features a combination of roguelite, tower defense, and deckbuilding. It's set in a vibrant fantasy dreamworld that has players explore a realm where imagination comes to life and time adds an exciting twist to every decision. They get to face against the dark forces of nightmares in beautiful and procedurally generated maps, to ensure that no two battles are ever the same.

Summon the Imaginytes

The game has players summon Imaginytes onto the hex grid battlefield and create mazes for the enemies. There are at least 150 different Imaginytes to collect and each one comes with their own strengths and abilities. That means players won't run out of options anytime soon.

Everyone also gets to experience evolving their Imaginytes through their 3 evolution tiers. Each evolution brings with it stronger powers and abilities to help players overcome the nightmares. In addition, during their dreams players find different enchantments which can change their Imaginytes in different ways.
