In case you didn't know, the Holiday Event is now live in Uncharted Waters Origin. It's a way for everyone to celebrate the end of the year with different rewards. The event actually started December 5 but not to worry since it's going to run until January 21.

During the event, players can log into the game and receive daily rewards for 14 days. On the first day they get to receive the "Santa’s Gift" buff which lasts for 28 days. Then there's the "Premium Holiday Gift" which comes with different game items that include Blue Gem, Mate Ticket, and Fortifier.

Players can also complete limited quests from the scenario event that unfolds over the event period. Completing these quests let them receive the Holiday Candy Cane which can then be exchanged for limited gear like Candy Cane Rapier. It can also be used to obtain other items such as the Premium Holiday Gift, Diamond Astrolabe, and Massive Keel over at the event shop.

New Update

Aside from the new event, there's a new update which adds S Grade Mates Sophie Rosaline Vidocq and Beatrice Elena to the game. Meanwhile, inn employees Malinalli and Ulloriaq can now be hired as an S Grade Mate. However, this is only possible when Friendship with them has reached maximum.

Trade Content

In the game, Booming allows players to increase the trade profit especially with strategical playing. It's been renewed and results in even more profit. A price increase in trade goods occurs by chance in a random city three times a day at 4:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. During these periods the price of the good goes up to 10,000%.

Sail Around the World

The game is set in the 16th century, which is a time that was still shrouded in mystery. Players get to experience freedom and joy as they travel across the globe and enjoy the different features like sailing, adventures, combat, and trading. While the world of the game is indeed large, it remains to be but a small portion of the real world. Even then, the game offers detailed weather conditions and environments that’s based on historical data. Players also get to see historically accurate sailors, landmarks, and even relics.
