Netmarble announced that the in-person celebration event for The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin has resulted in building that much needed excitement for the game. The "50 Elizabeths in L.A." was held last March 14 on L.A. Live.
The event was organized to expand awareness of The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin in North America. In addition, the studio also hopes that through the event they'd be able to strengthen connections with local players ahead of the official worldwide release. During the event itself, 50 cosplayers who portrayed Elizabeth paraded across the L.A. LIVE complex. This resulted in a visually striking spectacle that drew strong attention not only from fans but even passersby.
The parade concept was inspired by the memorable "Forest of White Dreams" scene from the original series. During that particular episode, there were multiple versions of Elizabeth who appeared as a way to test Meliodas. By recreating this moment in a real-world setting, the event was able to deliver nostalgia for longtime fans while also offering an eye-catching introduction to the franchise for new audiences.
The event also has visitors being able to enjoy different on-site activities. These include themed photo zones, hands-on gameplay demos, merchandise giveaways, and lucky draw events. For those who weren't able to attend the event live, the celebration was broadcasted live on the game’s launch celebration special livestream.

The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin is now available on PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam. It's coming out on mobile platforms during the worldwide launch on March 23.
The game is based on the popular Japanese manga and anime The Seven Deadly Sins. The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin follows the success of The Seven Deadly Sins: GRAND CROSS, a RPG which has managed to exceed 70 million downloads worldwide. The game is developed by the same team and features a multiverse storyline which is original to the game. It offers players the chance to experience an expansive open world across the continent of Britannia where they can collect heroes from The Seven Deadly Sins and Four Knights of the Apocalypse. Players can customize their combat style and shape their adventure.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin has been optimized to deliver a premium open-world RPG experience across different platforms. At launch, the studio shared in a statement that that game supports 12 languages and thus ensures accessibility for players around the world. The game follows the epic journey of Tristan and Tioreh. As they travel across the continent of Britannia, they encounter familiar characters from the series, like Meliodas, as they engage in intense battles and lighthearted adventures.
