The latest update for Lost Ark is now live. One of the new content added to the game are the Cadarum Isles.
It appears that while the war with Kazeros is over, peace hasn't reached every corner of Arkesia. The Cadarum Isles, which is located beyond the Sea of Gienah, have fallen under the shadow of the Twilight. It's time to uncover the lies hidden among these islands and face whatever awaits those brave enough to seek it.
To accept the episode, players need to interact with "Journey's Footsteps" that's in Iceblood Plateau, Shushire. It's not exclusive since it can also be done in Elnead, South Kurzan, as well as Bellion Ruins, South Vern.
Anyway, once players have managed to progress far enough in the Main Story Quest, they then have to reach Item Level 1700+ and also complete the main story quest "Inherited Will." Once this is done, the "Destiny's New Chapter" main quest should be completed. In addition, players should be able to get their hands on the new ship "Luminas" during the main story quest.
Other details players can expect are:
- Added an Ocean Liner to travel between the Cadarum Isles and other continents, which is available after visiting Cadarum.
- Added new related achievements and added Knowledge Transfer for the main story quest.
- Adventurer's Tome, Chaos Gates, Field Bosses, and Trade Skills gathering nodes do not appear in Cadarum.
Still on the Cadarum Isles, here are some of the new items added:
- Anikka wandering merchant "Mac": Secret Pouch: Primal Pouch (World Tree Leaf #119)
- Stronghold Exchange NPC "Wholesaler Mr. Shin": Shin's Crystallized Earth, Crafting Recipe: Flask Containing the Energy of Life
- Stronghold Dispatch Station: New rewards (requires Item Level 1700+, once per Roster)
- New craftable items via Alchemist NPCs in major cities (Rimeria, Feiton, Yorn, Rohendel, Arthetine)
