Meri Laine Brings Her Frozen Drive to Solo Leveling: ARISE

A new update has been released for Solo Leveling: ARISE. The highlight is the addition of SSR water-type Stacker Meri Laine to the roster. She specializes in high-speed slashing attacks and sustained damage. Her Ultimate Skill is called "Frozen Drive" and has Meri spin the blade of her ice saw at extremely high speed which then summons a blizzard that cuts down enemies with devastating force.

The update also expands the main story by adding Chapters 30 and 31. They're available in Normal, as well as Reverse Normal, difficulties. Meanwhile, Sung Jinwoo obtains a new Job Change to "Monarch of Shadow: Savior." He also gets an increase to his maximum level from Lv. 130 to Lv. 140. That's not all since players can also access a new skill for Sung Jinwoo, known as "Phantom Strike," along with five new Skill Runes.

Other content updates introduced include a new Workshop of Brilliant Light dungeon known as "Arena of Madness." This one has players fight against the powerful boss Rockpasa, the Monarch of Steel. There's also a new Remnant Power added called "Rockpasa." It allows players to harness the power of the March of Steel.

Finally, there are "Romantic Valentine’s!"-themed events that are now live which offer generous in-game rewards.

Solo Leveling: ARISE is based on the popular webtoon Solo Leveling. It promises fans an immersive journey through the world of their favorite characters. They get to take on the role of Sung Jinwoo, with the game chronicling his rise from the weakest hunter to becoming the world’s strongest. The game delivers an experience that closely mirrors the original work.
