Developer Hatchery Games announced that Voidling Bound is releasing to Steam on June 9. This action-packed sci-fi 3rd person shooter is a game that reinvents the monster taming genre.
For those who have already taken a look at what Voidling Bound has to offer, they're describing it as a cross between Warframe and Spore. The game let players evolve what's known as Voidlings through various branching paths. They get to shape not only their appearance but even their abilities. There are also wild mutant genes to discover and then use them to craft those unique Voidlings.
Space Wrangler
Voidling Bound invites players to be a Space Wrangler as they take direct control of creatures called "Voidlings." They then get to shape them through branching evolution paths and upgrade their abilities to overcome bubonic swarms, pestilent bosses, and reclaim lush planets overrun by corruption.
The Voidlings
New Voidlings can be discovered by rescuing and hatching eggs from infested locations. Those lucky enough can hatch rare natures that empower the Voidlings. Players can breed them to combine natures and attributes for even more power. They can also collect body parts, colors, and eye genes to customize their specimens.
