New Maps Introduced to Where Winds Meet with Latest Update

A new update has been released for Where Winds Meet. One of the new content added are new regions for players to explore.

Mistveil Prison

The first map is Mistveil Prison which opens January 16. Here players can meet the new character Kaifeng in the Mistveil Forest. Then once they complete the Mistveil Dungeon and return to the entrance, they'll encounter an unexpected guide who leads them into a new adventure. This "Mysterious Stage" is designed for solo play.

To join, players need to have completed Kaifeng Jianghu Legacy: Volume II: Shadows in Bloom and Complete Kaifeng Main Chapter: Furnace of Heaven and Earth. In addition, Kaifeng exploration progress need to have reached 6000.

The first clear rewards Lingering Melody and those who complete both tasks available can unlock Revelry Hall’s fourth-floor key and Shimmer of South Easter eggs. Meanwhile, those who replay the final volume's "Campaign: Supreme Freedom" get the chance to obtain the decoration [Into the Dream], which can also be exchanged through the "Season Shop". Then clearing all Kaifeng campaigns rewards the accessory [A Zephyr's Answer].

Nine Mortal Ways Base

The second map is "Nine Mortal Ways Base" which opens up January 23 for players to explore. In this new map, Wanderers can obtain the "Amidst Ghosts." They can also experience the top ten Scams and learn how to guard against fraud. Players get the chance to get their hands on rewards that include the accessory [Stone of My Heart], hat [Iron Rice Bowl], hair ornament [Golden Rat], hero title [Notorious Rodent], and [Lingering Melody].

The map offers a new encounter where players need to complete the encounters "Honest Shovel," "Anti-Fraud Ambassador," and "Crazy Stones." Those able to complete them can claim rewards that include the accessory [Honest Shovel] and the hero title [No Free Lunch].

To access the map, players need to be at least Level 5 and complete the Qinghe Main Chapter: Another New Wing.
