New Systems Introduced in Lost Eidolons: Veil of the Witch with Latest Update

A new update has been released for Lost Eidolons: Veil of the Witch. The 1.2 Patch introduces new systems to the game.

Morale Boost

The Morale Boost System has characters who did not participate in expeditions get the chance to obtain a 2-tiered buff. The first is the Ambitious buff which let players obtain a class skill at the start of the expedition. It then gives them increased combat stats. Second is the Enthusiastic buff which let players obtain an upgraded class skill at the start of the expedition. In addition to giving increased combat stats to players, the buff also upgrades two starting skills.

Talent Skill

This one is pretty straightforward as it adds two new Talent passives for each character. In addition, Talent passives are included in the skill card pool.

Blessed Relic

With this new system, Relics now have a chance to be given as an upgraded version as Blessed Relics which provide enhanced effects. It also adds the Relic Exchanger to the game which replaces a relic with another random relic. The Relic Exchanger can be purchased from the shop.

Changes & Improvements

The update introduces some interesting changes and improvements to the game. One of these is changes "Random" encounter to "Chaos" encounter. "Chaos" encounters aren't bound to specific rewards. This means players could give rewards normally unavailable from Forked Road encounters. In addition, the Blessed version of "Chaos" encounters give an additional reward based on dice roll.
