Netmarble announced that it is working on in-game updates and plans to launch events in Solo Leveling: ARISE. This is in preparation for the upcoming 1-year anniversary of the action game.
The studio shared in a statement that pre-registration for the upcoming celebration is already live. Those who pre-register in advance of the next update get to obtain 10 Custom Draw Tickets. There are also additional rewards unlocked as the number of pre-registrants reaches certain milestones. All players are rewarded with special hidden rewards if the total number of pre-registered users reaches 500,000.
Upcoming Update
The upcoming update is set to be released sometime in early May. It was released to mobile platforms last year with a version for Steam to come out sometime this year.
The update is set to feature new story updates about a Knights Guild raid in Busan along with a terrifying dungeon break at Sung Jinah’s school. There's also massive content updates that come with never-before seen hunter type and new raid content.
New Events
The development team has also prepared a series of events to celebrate this upcoming milestone. There's a check-in event where players can obtain rewards like a Transcendent Blessing Stone [Select], 1-Year Anniversary SSR Hunter Selection Ticket, and 1-Year Anniversary SSR Hunter Exclusive Weapon Selection Ticket, to name a few.
Daily Missions
There are also going to be daily missions which when completed give players the chance to earn the Pixiv Competition-winning Sung Jinwoo Costume as the final reward. Other events are also in the works that offer 100 Custom Draw Tickets, SSR Jinwoo Weapon Selection Ticket, Special Player Weapon Design, and other generous rewards.
Solo Leveling: ARISE is based on the popular webtoon Solo Leveling and promises fans an immersive journey through the world of their favorite characters. Players get to take on the role of Jinwoo as they see his rise from the weakest hunter among mankind to the world’s strongest. The game delivers an experience that closely mirrors the original work.
Solo Leveling: ARISE is already available on mobile platforms and set to be released on Steam sometime this year.
