Online Multiplayer Action RPG Farever Arrives in Early Access this May

Shiro Games announced that Farever is launching into Early Access on PC via Steam on May 6. This online multiplayer action RPG is set in a vast high-fantasy open world of Siagarta.

Farever introduces players to a colorful and evolving world of adventure, discovery, and danger. The journey unfolds across sprawling regions filled with dungeons, hidden wonders, and rewarding secrets. Players can take on the adventure solo or alongside others as they climb towering cliffs, glide across the skies, dive into underground caves, and uncover powerful gear to shape their legends.

At the start of the Early Access period, four distinct classes are going to be available in Farever. The classes cover tank, support, and damage roles. More classes are planned to be added for version 1.0. There's also going to be a flexible system of weapons, abilities, and talents. These should allow for deep build customization and let players define their playstyle and adapt to dynamic combat encounters with formidable enemies.

Players can also join forces to take on challenging and powerful bosses.

Going to the world of Siagarta, it's planned to span across diverse regions. Each one features unique environments, puzzles, platforming challenges, and valuable rewards. The various activities scale based on group size and support both solo and multiplayer experiences. Meanwhile, the town hubs provide access to crafting professions like cooking and blacksmithing. By specializing in a trade and gathering rare materials, players can craft powerful equipment to aid them on their journey.

In a statement, Shiro Games CEO Nicolas Cannasse revealed that the game is all about bringing the fantasy adventure that they've "always dreamed of to life in a shared world." He added that they want players to not only have their own stories but also make the world truly feel alive together.
