Grinding Gear Games announced that they're holding a sale on microtransactions from past Mystery Boxes in Path of Exile 2. These include the Last of the Druids cosmetic effects. The studio is also offering one free Curse of the Allflame Mystery Box when players spend points in the store.
The Weekend Sale runs from September 25 and all the way to September 28. For the duration of the period, all cosmetic effects from the Sentinel, Kalandra, Sanctum, Crucible, Ancestor, Affliction, Necropolis, Settlers, Dawn of the Hunt, Third Edict and Last of the Druids Mystery Boxes, as well as their variations, are going on sale.

The studio revealed in a post that for the duration of the weekend sale, they're also offering one free Curse of the Allflame Mystery Box when players spend any amount of points in the store. This means players can buy anything discounted in the sale or any other microtransaction from the store and receive one Curse of the Allflame Mystery Box as a gift.
The studio reminds everyone that it’s only possible to get one free Curse of the Allflame Mystery Box from this promotion. Basically, when players make additional microtransaction purchases, they won't get additional Mystery Boxes. In addition, purchasing a supporter pack won't grant a free Mystery Box. However, spending points from a supporter pack can grant a free Mystery Box.
Those who already have unlocked all microtransactions from the Curse of the Allflame Mystery Box can receive two Warlord Mystery Boxes instead. The Warlord Mystery Box is not currently available in Path of Exile 2. Those who do get it can open it in the Path of Exile 1 client or wait until the studio adds support for the Warlord Mystery Box to Path of Exile 2.
Path of Exile 2 is an action RPG that features co-op for up to six players. The game takes place in the land of Wraeclast, a dark continent populated by unique cultures, ancient secrets, and monstrous dangers. A sinister threat that was long thought destroyed seems to have started creeping back on the edge of civilization, driving people mad, and sickening the land with Corruption. Path of Exile 2 is currently in Early Access on Steam.
