A new update has been released for Summoners War and one of the latest additions is the new monster relic known as Relic. This is a piece of equipment that consists of a main property which can increase Attack Power, Defense, or HP of a monster. It also introduces a unique property which gives various effects.
Getting Relics
There are different ways to obtain relics. Once of these is through Craft Building. What players can do is craft using relic pieces that's earned from breaking down Relics. In addition, as a result of this, the existing Runes/Artifacts menu is now renamed as Equipment. This is where players can craft Relics. Take note that the main and unique properties of the Relics are assigned randomly.
Another way to obtain Relics is through Ameria's Luck Free Pass Reward with players needing to reach 7,500 Pass Points. Finally, there's the shop where players can get Relics by exchanging either:
- 125 Ancient Crystals
- 350 Glory Points
- 500 Guild Points
Relic Power-up
Relics can be powered up to +15 with all Relics starting at 3 Durability. The Durability then decreases by 1 each time a Power-up fails. Once Durability reaches 0, players can no longer attempt further Power-ups for that Relic. Relics that have exhausted Durability maintain their stats and can still be engraved and used on Monsters. Players can also break down Relics to obtain Relic Pieces and Relic Power-up Stones.
Finally, Relic Power-up Stones and Mana Stones are consumed for powering up Relics. Relic Power-up Stones can be obtained by reaching 7,500 Pass Points in Ameria's Luck Free Pass Reward. If can also be obtained through:
- 10 Ancient Crystals: Relic Power-up Stone x10
- 35 Glory Points: Relic Power-up Stone x10
- 50 Guild Points: Relic Power-up Stone x10
- 300 Crystals: Relic Power-up Stone x10
