A new update drops tomorrow in Zenless Zone Zero. It introduces the game's first ever Lumiflux attribute Agent, the S-Rank Anomaly Agent Remielle Dan.
As the first Lumiflux attribute Agent, her unique Attribute Flux mechanism synchronizes her damage output's attribute with the attribute of the next Agent in the squad. This means players can configure different teammates based on the weakness of the enemy to change her output attribute. Meanwhile, when in combat, Remielle is able to accumulate resources to enter the Phase Flow state. In this state, she can continuously provide buffs to the whole squad without occupying field time. Then once the resources are fully charged, she descends to trigger a powerful Assist Attack.
Her Lumiflux-exclusive reaction is known as Refringe and converts Anomaly Buildup into a high-burst final explosion. Remielle's exclusive Signal Search channel remains available throughout the entire Version 3.1 instead of being limited to either half.
Another New Agent
The new update doesn't only add Remielle Dan. The S-Rank Ice Attack Agent Sigrid is also set to debut though she arrives in the second half of the update.
Her core gameplay is all about the Aerial Patrol Spear Form. How it works is that whenever an Unbridled Spear skill hits an enemy, she enters the Aerial Patrol Spear Form. When in this form, she gets the opportunity to hold Basic Attack to launch alternative attacks while at the same time significantly boost her CRIT Rate for a period of time. As a result, the smoother the output rhythm, the higher her DMG dealt.
The Reruns
For reruns, the S-Rank Ether Anomaly Agent Aria returns in the first half. The second half on the other hand features the Exclusive Rescreening channel. It's where Proxies can freely select from three S-Rank Agents, Dialyn, Ukinami Yuzuha, and Asaba Harumasa.
In the same manner, Proxies can select a rate-up W-Engine from their exclusive W-Engines in the W-Engine Reverberation channel. Accumulated Signal Search data carries over for these two rerun channels.
Finally, the new S-Rank Bangboo Ariel debuts her angelic form.
Update Version 3.1 is titled “The Long Goodbye” and launches in Zenless Zone Zero on July 29. It’s going to be available for the PC via Steam and consoles PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X/S.
