Season 7 of New World: Aeternum Starts in January 21

A new season is launching in New World: Aeternum on January 21, 2025. This is Season 7 of the game and there's a lot of exciting new content available. Prepare for battle when the Season of Conquerors goes live.

What makes the upcoming season exciting is that it signals a fresh start for Seasonal Worlds. This is a new system which reimagines the Aeternum experience by offering unique game rules, items, and abilities each season. For Season 7, the theme is going to be PvP. As such, once it goes live, there’s going to be changes to the rules and abilities to make it easy for everyone to immediately jump into PvP. These include having player flags for PvP beginning at level 15 and even obtaining gear and perk that drops on death. Then when the season ends, the Seasonal World closes and any characters made are transferred to a permanent world of the player’s choice.

Season Pass

The rewards for the Season Pass of Season 7 are divided into Free and Premium Tracks. The Free Reward Track is available to all players and offers:

• Hercyne-themed tool skins, mask skins, and tent skins

• New artifacts: Otzi and Heceta

• Transmog Tokens, dyes, and consumables

Meanwhile, the Premium Reward Track comes with an additional 20,000 Marks of Fortune and everything in the Free Track. It also has these, among others:

• Two new emotes

• four Transmog Tokens

• rare resources

• Additional boosters and dyes

Seasonal Events

Players can also look forward to taking part in in-game events that include:

• Siege of Sulfur: Team up with 10+ max-level players to defend sandwurm eggs from waves of Sulfur Elementals.

• Legacy of Crassus: Battle Crassus and his cyclopean minions to claim upleveled rewards up to Gear Score 700.

• Rabbit’s Revenge: Hunt mischievous corrupted rabbits for exciting loot in this fan-favorite event.
