See What Tribe Nine Offers with its Deadly Demo

The Deadly Demo for Tribe Nine is now live on Steam. It offers everyone an exciting preview of what's to come and features Chapter 0 and Chapter 1 of the game. The demo period runs from October 14 to October 21.

While there were players able to try the game early through the "Deadly Playtest" closed beta, the demo is pretty much an upgraded version. In addition, it's also accessible to everyone. Meaning no need for registration or invite codes.

Twitch Stream Campaign

In celebration of the release of the demo, developer Akatsuki Games has launched a Twitch Stream Campaign. Top streamers get the chance to win exciting rewards while 30 lucky streamers who broadcast gameplay for at least one hour on day one are randomly selected to receive special prizes. There's still time to join since the entry period ends October 16. The Streaming Period itself runs from October 14 to October 21.

For the rewards, in terms of total time streamed, these are:

• Top 1: Steam Deck OLED (1TB)

• Top 2–3: Stream Deck MK.2 + $200 gift card

• Top 4–5: YAMAHA AG06MK2 Live Streaming Mixer + $140 gift card

Tribe Nine is set in the dizzying future of 20XX in the vibrant metropolis of Neo Tokyo, a city where freedom and dreams are at stake, surrendered to the rule of deadly games. The game focuses on groups of brave teenagers challenging their fate, locked in uncompromising life-or-death struggles to reclaim what they have lost.

The storytelling unfolds primarily via character control and exploration within Neo Tokyo. Along with combat, players also come across a horde of tasks including but not limited to item scavenging, puzzle-solving, and catering to requests from city residents. By doing so, it successfully blends role-playing and exploration, providing a rich gaming experience.
