The 1.0 version of Sensei! I Like You So Much! is now available on Steam. This fandom business simulation game has players take on the role of a fanfic author. They create & release their fanzine, join comicons, gather followers, and become a legend. They can also buy goods of their pairing, build itabags, and decorate the room.
There's a lot to be excited about version 1.0. For starters, it adds more destinations to the game. It also introduces collectible content like the theater, amusement park, merchandise store, and tea parties, to name a few. Another new feature is that players can build a "Seaside Atelier" in the game. With this, they can manufacture materials like tin sheets, paper, and glass, among others, to create limited merchandise that belongs only to them. Players can also check out the gaming system called "Tamigotchi." Here they can freely raise their blorbo in a nostalgic handheld game device.
Version 1.0 also opens the pattern download function. That means all merchandise obtained and freebies made in the game can be printed out to accompany players in the real world. Players can also now customize their own fanzine and then share them at online conventions for other players to see.
Other new features with version 1.0 are:
- gacha machine simulator added
- interactive collectibles added that include, among others, holographic ticket stubs, holographic badges, acrylics, vinyl records, and cassette tapes

In Sensei! I Like You So Much!, players become a fan fiction author as they try to write their next big fantasy epic, heartwarming school romance, and other stories. To get that much needed inspiration for each story, they can head out into the world to explore. After that they then head home to plant those pivotal plot branches and see how the narrative grows. To understand the popular trends even better, they can accept commission requests from fans to delve deeper into multiple genres.
In a statement, a LaaO Studios Producer revealed that fandoms not only inspired her interest but also in how she connects with people. He added that with the game, players "can only imagine the stories every budding fanfic writer" is going to create.
