Space Wreck, the hardcore post-apocalyptic cRPG set in space, is set to release on October 10, 2023, marking the 26th anniversary of the original Fallout, which heavily inspires the game. The announcement comes nearly a year after Space Wreck launched in Early Access on Steam, where it currently holds a Very Positive rating.
Developed by the Latvia-based duo, Pahris Entertainment, Space Wreck has been in Steam Early Access for almost a year, accumulating an 86% positive review rating from players. The game is an intentionally short, yet surprisingly extensive RPG adventure that supports multiple gameplay styles, including various non-lethal approaches. The developers plan to release the launch trailer in September, providing a deeper insight into the game's unique world.
Space Wreck draws its inspiration from classic isometric RPGs like Fallout and Arcanum, set on a desolate space station 20 years after a major conflict over asteroid mining. To get a sneak peek into the game, check out the Early Access trailer on
Pahris Entertainment has also shared a couple of new screenshots, giving players a glimpse of the game’s unique art style and locations. The game is set to be an inch wide but miles deep, promising an RPG adventure that is short in duration but extensive in content.
