The First Berserker: Khazan was officially released last week. It's available for the PC via Steam along with consoles PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X/S.

The standard edition of the game is available for $59.99. Meanwhile, the Deluxe Edition is offered at $69.99. It has the base game along with the soundtrack and art book. It also comes with the Deluxe Bonus which contains the Hero's Weapon Set and Hero's Armor Set.

The First Berserker: Khazan is a hardcore Action RPG that's set 800 years before the events that happened in the Dungeon Fighter Online Universe. Players experience this vast universe and even journey to the continent of Arad. Here they get to learn more about the untold story of General Khazan. They also get to master the deep and immersive combat mechanics as they engage in strategic battles versus a wide range of foes and bosses.

The Story

The game follows the story of the Great General Khazan. He's been falsely branded a traitor and even mercilessly tortured. He manages to narrowly escape death and forms an unlikely alliance with the ghostly entity Blade Phantom. This allows him to obtain otherworldly powers.

A Battle-Hardened General

As a master of combat, Khazan can wield an arsenal of dual-wield weapons, spears, and great-swords. Players can also collect, upgrade, and even combine the different weapons with different armor sets to come up with their own unique combat style. They can also develop the general's abilities through various in-depth skill trees and thus allow them to customize their playstyle and specialize in different combat techniques.

There's no doubt that the game is challenging even for hardcore gamers. However, there are two difficulty settings and variety of combat and skill mechanics that guarantee the game can be approachable for players of all skill levels.

Bringing Arad to Life

The game is able to bring the world of Arad to life. The use of 3D cel-shaded graphics give it that vibrant look similar to animated films. It manages to capture the essence of Dungeon and Fighter Universe while at the same time reimagining it with a unique blend of bold, cel-shaded art and realistic textures.
