Studio Gives a Peek into the Mu Lung Update for MapleStory

Nexon released a post which offered a preview of the Mu Lung update for MapleStory. This update is coming out on August 27 and to introduce the Legion Champion.

Once the update goes live, players are going to see the Night Troupe bring a festival of dreams and illusions to Mu Lung. This gives players the chance to be a full-fledged Festival Designer and turn the festival into a colorful and unforgettable experience. They can decorate the festival grounds with Festival Decorating and Designer Rank to unlock special skills and progression perks. Players can also earn rewards and progress faster with the Night Troupe Sage Ticket or receive buffs by lighting the Lanterns Bright with Wishes.

Legion Champion

As mentioned, one of the highlights of the upcoming update is the Legion Champion. Helping players can expect the support of none other than the Imperial Knight Sir Hamselot. In fact, players can assign up to 3 Champions to their Legion Champion team and work their way up the Champion Ranks to give the Champion Insignia extra buffs.

Champion Raid

Players can gather their Legion Champion team because a new territory has arrived in Draco Isle. Get to join the Champion Raid and complete missions to get through six stages of battles against the local dragons. During the battles, the Bond Meter players have with their Legion Champion team will fill as they fight for a Final Damage increase and make that last blow super effective.

Champion Burning

Making a return is Champion Burning, where players can earn EXP across three characters within the same world. The Champion Double Up runs in both the main worlds and Challenger Worlds at the same time. Players can keep grinding and they can earn Double Up Coins and rack up various items within the Double Up Coin Shop.
