Demons’ Night Fever is launching this October. It's a game that's inspired by classic grid-based strategy games but with some new interesting features added. Today we take a look at some of the characters players meet.
Giga Super Death
In Cosmic Era Year 6,660,000, the God of Evil was finally just one step away from killing the God. However, he suddenly loses most of his magical powers and turns into a baby. To regain the lost power, he activates his own custom-built resurrection program. This alternate-dimension ritual is known as Demons' Night Fever. He also decides to use Killshiro as a disciple.
Giga is voiced by Kaori Mizuhashi.
Killshiro Katanaka
As a corporate slave programmer in a third-rate exploitative game company, he is one who harbors a deep hatred for the world. Initially, he believes that the whole ordeal is pretty much a bizarre and stress-induced hallucination. He later makes a decision to embrace his role as the disciple of the Devil as a way of venting his frustrations on the real world.
The thing is, as a result of the adjustments of the ritual taking place, his true mental age has been revealed. He's actually stuck in middle school and it manifests through his appearance in this world.
Voicing him is Yuya Hirose.
Mary Haley
Finally, we have the world-famous and popular idol. Overflowing with a strong sense of justice, she shares a past with Killshiro as a former middle school classmate. Gad has managed to convince her that Killshiro has been brainwashed by the Devil. As a result, she blindly believes that saving Killshiro from the hands of the Devil is her holy mission.
With the new power given to her by God, she steps into battle to strike down Killshiro and his allies, who she believes have been unwillingly enslaved by the evil Devil.
Lending her talents to be the voice is Sayumi Suzushiro.
Demons’ Night Fever is releasing October 22. It's going to be available for the PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and Steam. Pre-orders for the game are now available on Steam. In addition, pre-orders for the physical edition of Demons’ Night Fever on PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch are now open.
