Bandai Namco Entertainment has released the result of a recently conducted player survey for Tales of Graces f Remastered. The purpose was to determine what players thought were the most convenient QoL functions. For both Western and Asian regions, it seems that the faster movement was the top choice.

The survey was launched January 30 and ended February 13. The studio shared in a post that at least 8,000 players participated.

Western Region

As mentioned, players in this region loved the faster movement mainly because it allowed the game to have a much better pace. The second pick was the additional subtitles for victory screen. A lot of players choose Japanese dubbing with English subtitles. By adding these subtitles, players say they are now less likely to miss the little details.

The third choice was Retry battles. With this feature, player frustration is reduced. In addition, it allows for experimentation considering that the downtime between boss attempts is non-existent.

Asian Region

For the Asian region, the top choice is also faster movement. The observation was that older games didn't have fast travel. With faster movement, players say that play experience has been improved.

While the Western and Asian regions have the same top choice, the second and third are different. For example, players in the region seem to love the destination icon. Many of them found it helpful like accidentally going to the next objective.

Then the third choice is the Grade Shop from the first playthrough. For some players, they had gone through the previous version and were able to unlock the grade shop. As such, they were happy to have been able to unlock everything first and then turn it on and off as needed.

Tales of Graces f was first released back in 2010. In the game, players follow the adventures of Asbel and his friends. They’re on a world-spanning quest that’s filled with unforgettable characters, shocking revelations, and unique companions which have been brought together through promises made across time. It’s set in the lush and vibrant planet of Ephinea with players going on a journey of intrigue across a world ruled by three great nations, each with the power of Eleth.

Tales Of Graces f Remastered is a remastered version released for the PC via Steam along with consoles PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.
