Version 1.0 of HumanitZ is officially out. This isometric and open-world sandbox survival game is set in a world that's been ended by a zombie outbreak. Players can survive alone or with friends.

The release of 1.0 is a big milestone for Yodubzz Studios. HumanitZ has been in Early Access for two years and since then it has received a lot of improvements along with the addition of new systems. In particular, the studio shared in a post that players can look forward to the visual upgrades implemented along with the reworked systems and even new content.

Character Models

One of the key improvements made was on the character models. This is mainly due to the studio's character creator Vitali. There has been a lot of work done and the result was a more customizable and realistic looking pair of people for all players. That said, players can look forward to new body types along with other customizations.

Overhauled Skills and Professions

For version 1.0, new skill trees are now locked until players finish the three pre-requisite tasks. Players can multiclass at level 30 and then again at level 60, for a maximum of three classes. Each profession comes with its own inherent passive ability along with two free skill unlocks that's associated with their profession, of course once that tree is unlocked.

Another change is that while the early levels are more accessible, the XP curve becomes steeper as players progress.

These two are just the many improvements made on version 1.0 of the game. Read more about it here.

Regular humans are now an endangered species and isolated pockets are struggling to survive in this new and unforgiving world.
