Tactical Monster-catching RPG EvoCreo is Now on Steam

Ilmfinity Studios announced that EvoCreo is now available on both PC and Mac via Steam. This tactical monster-catching RPG was first released on mobile platforms where it had more than 2.5 million mobile downloads.

EvoCreo brings a fresh take on the creature-collector genre while paying homage to the classics. It takes players to the vast world of Zenith where they get the chance to discover more than 170 mysterious creatures. They can train, nurture, and form a team of powerful monsters. Players face off against elite Evokers and ancient legends, challenge five elemental arenas, and build an unstoppable team of monsters to take on anything standing in their path along the way.

Along the way they discover the nefarious plot of an evil organization known as Shadow Hive. At the same time reunite a family in an adventure both inspired by and building upon the foundation of beloved genre greats.

Combat System

In the game, combat is more than just matching types. Players need to manage move cooldowns, status effects, and powerful passive traits in deep and turn-based battles that reward smart team building and tactical thinking. There are also dozens of abilities and elemental combos available with every battle giving players a chance to adapt and outwit their opponent.

Speaking of battles, the studio is currently working on ranked online PvP battles. Once it goes live, they can test their skills and even hone their tactics. There’s the option to go solo or prove themselves in ranked matchups. In addition, the game supports both offline play and online challenges.
