Bandai Namco announced that Tales of Berseria Remastered is launching on February 27, 2026. It's going to be available on different platforms that include PC via Steam along with consoles PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and the Nintendo Switch.
Enhanced Version
The game is an enhanced version of the beloved action RPG originally released back in August 2016. This version levels up the title for current platforms as it offers players the chance to experience an epic tale combined with new game play.
The remastered title also brings with it notable quality of life enhancements that include early access to the Grade Shop, destination icons, and the ability to toggle encounters. It also has downloadable content from the original release, featuring character costumes, bonus items, and other fan-favorite extras.
One interesting version of the remastered version is the combat system. Players get to freely choose Artes to suit their playstyle and perform a variety of combos. They can collect enemy Souls to unleash a barrage of attacks for a thrilling battle experience.
A Tale of Emotion vs Reason
Tales of Berseria Remastered has players follow the journey of Velvet Crowe as she goes on a journey of vengeance and uncovers the mystery behind the murder her brother. They get to embark on a tale torn between emotion and reason. It's a story where Velvet and her comrades slash through everyone in their path and navigate through emotional bonds and betrayal.

Pre-Order Now Available
Pre-order of Tales of Berseria Remastered is now available on Steam and console versions. The Standard Edition is priced at $39.99. There's also the Deluxe Edition being offered for $59.99. In addition to the base game, the Deluxe Edition also comes with a Digital Artbook which features extensive setting materials and illustrations and a Digital Soundtrack that contains 97 in-game BGM tracks. This edition also has the "Battle BGM pack" where players can replace standard battle music with BGM from previous series installments. Finally, it has the "Super Growth Support Herb Set" that improves character parameters.
Those who pre-order either version can obtain the "Super Adventuring Assistance Set." It contains Apple Gel (x10), Peach Gel (x10), Life Bottle (x10), and Panacea Bottle (x10).
