It's been 10 years since Dying Light introduced players to vast open worlds where they get to engage in creative combat along with being able to experience the duality of night and day. In celebration of this 10th Anniversary, everyone is invited to a time-limited offer. Anyone has the chance to get the 10th Anniversary Bundle for free. This is available on Steam until February 10.
In a post, developer Techland revealed that the bundle includes the certified Hotshot Outfit, the invaluable Dawnbreaker shotgun, the radiant Sunburst revolver, and the glimmering Golden Idol machete. The gilded appearance of each item is a testament to everything players have accomplished in Harran. The bundle also features the Golden Hour buggy paint job which symbolizes the role of the players as a beacon of hope for survivors and a formidable force against enemies.
More to Celebrate
The celebration doesn't end there. The studio is also offering the Dying Light Enhanced 10th Anniversary Edition. This is what any new player can get if they want to start their adventure in a post-apocalyptic world that's ruled by zombies. It features an expansion that furthers Crane’s story and an additional game mode. This edition also comes with two extra quarantine zones and three bundles. It's being offered at 70% off on Steam until February 11.
Then there's also the Dying Light 2: Digital Extras Edition. It has full Dying Light 2 Stay Human experience along with digital goodies like Aiden’s story and the "Bloody Ties" DLC, among others.
Dying Light is a first-person action survival game that's set in a post-apocalyptic open world which has been overrun by flesh-hungry zombies. Players get to roam a city devastated by a mysterious virus epidemic. They'll have to scavenge for supplies, craft weapons, and face hordes of the infected.
Dying Light was released in 2015 and introduced a consistent day and night cycle which transforms the gameplay as players transition from hunters during the day to the hunted at night. The sequel Dying Light 2 Stay Human came out in 2022. This time it introduced the parkour system.
Both Dying Light and Dying Light 2 Stay Human are available on Steam.
