Those Who Rule is a tactical turn-based RPG and released in January 2025. It puts players in command of new recruits in a low-fantasy and morally ambiguous world. They get to assemble and train their party while also customizing their equipment. Players need to out-think their enemies as they try to unravel the secrets behind a conflict that threatens to tear the land apart.
The game has players master a team-based turn system where each move counts. They'll need to position their units to lower the impact of RNG, and maximize that strategic advantage. To increase the chances of success, they'll have to look for allies and then level them up to fight against increasingly difficult enemies.
Those Who Rule is available for the PC via Steam.
