Players are invited to a new event in The Elder Scrolls Online where they get to look for lost relics of the ancient Ayleid empire. They also get to learn more about the history surrounding the ancient rulers of Cyrodiil and even unlock collectible rewards. The Fallen Leaves of West Weald in-game event started September 26 and runs until October 8.
For the duration of the event, players can obtain a new daily quest which is "Fallen Leaves of West Weald." It's available from Gandrinar, located outside the Skingrad Impresario’s tent. To complete this quest, players need to collect lost Ayleid relics, bundle them, and bring them back to Gandrinar. Once that's done, they get to receive event quest rewards, and on occasion, some extra lore on the ancient rulers of the region. Of course, players also progress the Fallen Leaves of West Weald meter, which can be found here.
As the community completes the new daily quest, they help progress a new event meter, and unlock three tiers of rewards which are:
- 33% — Vineyard Voriplasm pet
- 66% — Luminescing Varla Stone memento
- 100% — Russet Brekka mount, Tree-Sap Legion arms pack, and a nesting rewards box
Once the event ends October 8, or when the meter reaches 100%, the community can then claim all unlocked rewards free from the in-game Crown Store for a limited time. These rewards though can be unlocked and claimed Only by Gold Road Chapter players.
Aside from the event’s main meter and rewards, players can also unlock extra days of the subsequent Explorer’s Celebration event by finishing any quests within the West Weald zone.
For every 33% of the bonus meter completed, there’s going to be three days of the Explorer’s Celebration. This bonus mini-event starts as soon as the Fallen Leaves of West Weald event ends on October 8 and grants extra XP, Gold, and resource harvesting for everybody in Tamriel during the event period.
