Queen Jennah's Crown Pavilion has opened its gates to visitors from far and wide. Meanwhile, the Zephyrites have again set sail for Tyria's shores. That means the Festival of the Four Winds is back in Guild Wars 2.

Adventurers should be happy to know that this year's festival brings with it a fresh breeze of exciting additions. It's enough reason for players to return to the cliffs and the pavilion. Those who can complete the meta-achievement can unlock the Cloud Cuirass, which is a new chest armor piece designed to reflect the airy elegance of the Zephyrites themselves.

Weapon collectors can find a lot of reasons as well to chase this year. The newly introduced Leviathan Bone weapon set for example features fearsome designs that's been carved from mythical leviathan remains. These weapons are earned through the annual meta-achievement and weekly festival achievements.

Meanwhile, those looking for a more nautical vibe can look forward to the Seashell Shield, Seashell Focus, and Seashell Staff. These one-off weapon skins can be found at the festival's dedicated weapons vendor and brings a touch of oceanic flair to the loadout. Those who are fans of minis can check out the Mini Garenhoff Coon Cat, a long-haired fluffball that's more than ready to follow players across Tyria. This adorable feline is available from the festival vendor.

Deft Lahar also returns and brings an expanded inventory of decoration recipes, which include six new homestead recipe books that bring beloved Festival of the Four Winds guild hall decorations. There are also five new decorations inspired by the spirit of the festival available to add to the homestead or guild hall. The new additions include the Lightning, Sun, and Wind Aspect Crystals, the Zephyrite Display Stand, and even a Siege Turtle Rental Post.

Don't take too long to join the festival since it ends August 26. Check out the other details here.
