The Full Version of Magicraft Released Worldwide

Developer Wave Game announced that the full version of its roguelike title Magicraft is finally out. That's right! Version 1.0 has arrived. This is an excellent milestone for the studio considering it was only last year when the game entered Early Access.

For the duration of the time in early access, three large-scale updates have been released for the game. However, the studio revealed in a statement that it wasn’t easy considering that they faced a lot of development problems. The studio went on to say that it was indeed "difficult to take everything into account." It was the suggestions and feedback of the players that gave the development team the motivation and inspiration they needed.

Compared to the version released in early access, there's no question that 1.0 version has a lot more to offer. The full version has five chapters, 100 spells, 100 wands, 9 sets, 80 relics, 60 curses, 35 potions, and 234 monsters.

Changes to Chapters

One of the changes made to the full version is that the Chapter Abyss of Antiquity now has a different scene style. As a result, the monsters not only have a more horrible appearance but even more dangerous attack methods. An example is the void creatures which are able to enter the void to avoid attacks. There are also flying creatures that can absorb magic.

Once players are able to defeat the monsters of Abyss of Antiquity, it is then that they enter Chapter 5-Ancient Throne. The Ancient Throne is the heart of the ancient gods and here players can see the flesh and blood of the ancient gods everywhere. Given that most players can complete their build in the first four chapters, the fifth chapter has been made to be a boss rush chapter having a series of battles with bosses to improve the refreshing experience.

Player Bonus

There is indeed a lot to be excited about with the full version. Now as a way of thanking the players, the studio is handing out an early access version player bonus. Those who have managed to play at least two hours can get one of three sets offered.
