The Heresy Act II is now live in Destiny 2. This one has players going against a rather imposing lineup of enemies, all of who are fighting to grab the Taken King's vacant throne.
This latest act has the Echo of the Navigator emerging aboard the Dreadnaught and assumed the form of none other than Oryx himself. Over the course of centuries, countless throngs have been bent to his will and he is making sure that the Guardian is no different. However, a voice from beyond forms a wellspring of hope.
One of the features of Act II is The Empty Throne. It has a voice calling across the rift that appeared where Eris Morn fell. However, the Taken King challenges the Guardian to assume the throne as his true heir. Then there's the Court of Blades where players get to face an imposing lineup of champions. This new three-person activity has everyone bidding for the Taken King’s vacant throne. It's full of custom challenges and great rewards.
Finally, there's Guardian Games 2025. Class competition returns and offers a new activity with Rushdown. It's a race against the clock as players try to beat back-to-back bosses of increasing difficulty, earn medallions, and gain glory for their class.

As part of the Heresy, there are some of the cool rewards available. There's the Guardian Games Jersey which is good no matter the class. Another reward is the Moments of Triumph 2024 T-Shirt which comes with the Moments of Triumph T-Shirt token.
The Destiny Exotic Armory Collection is also up for grabs, particularly the Barrow-Dyad. Another reward is the Trials of Osiris Ring, which can be obtained by completing the Lighthouse Passage in Trials of Osiris.
Other rewards are the Sundered Doctrine Rewards and Heretic Title Pin.
Destiny 2 invites players to explore the mysteries of the solar system and experience responsive first-person shooter combat. They get to unlock powerful elemental abilities and collect unique gear to customize their Guardian's look and playstyle. Features of the game include a cinematic story, challenging co-op missions, and different PvP modes alone or with friends.
