A new season has arrived in UNDECEMBER and brings with it a bunch of new content. The Far Side introduces a new roguelike wave-defense content with "Agony Wave." It offers the excitement of fighting against waves of enemy monsters and Bosses.
To take part in the Agony Wave, players need to have the "Agony Key." This can be obtained by defeating a Chaos Dungeon Boss. After that they then need to head over to Saluto. Once inside, players have to defeat Normal Monsters which fill the Gauge. Once the Gauge is filled up, a Wave Boss appears which they need to take down as well.
Each time players clear a Wave, they'll need to choose one of three options, where each one combines a Blessing and Curse. There is a limited-use option to remove unwanted choices so the play experience is unique with every attempt. In addition, there are also what's called "Agony Shards" that players need to collect as they progress through the Waves. These can then be used to choose the Final Reward Chest and obtain newly added Essences.
New Essences
Speaking of Essences, the update adds new ones to the mix. There's the "Spica," which can grow Runes Level 31 and above. Another one is "Casthor," which applies a multiplier to the Quality and Option values of a Gear. Then there's the '[The Forge] Birth," which guarantees a [The Forge] Option is included when Options are re-rolled. Finally, the "[The Forge] Imbue" one guarantees a [The Forge] Option is granted.
Skill Runes
New Skills Runes have also been added which are "Charged Shot" and "Divine Punishment." Meanwhile, the existing five Channeling Skills have been improved to allow movement while also Channeling. These are Flamethrower, Sacred Light, Domain of Strength, Sacred Devotion, and Mana-Infused Sentry.
