The Planar March is now officially live inErenshor. This is, by far, the largest content update to be released for the game. It expands the endgame by adding four new raid zones, new progression systems, and at least 20 unique boss encounters.
In celebration of the update's release, a new trailer has been launched which showcases the scale of the update. Watch it here.
To start and end raids, players can do it through the Guild UI. Meanwhile, the Raid UI lets them save and load raid configs. Players can even set a team in Guild UI and when they do, the characters are automatically added to any raid they start.
Gameplay Changes
There are also some interesting gameplay changes. For one, players should be happy to know that SimPlayers now use food and water. In addition, they now disperse though Port Azure when players take their group there. The SimPlayers can then be called back using "Follow" or by simply leaving the area. There are also massive improvements made to the class AI, which can be read here.
Other changes include the "jump" in Stowaway’s Step to the watchlight area being made easier. Meanwhile, the "knockback and push" on melee abilities have been lowered, which means fighting enemies won't result in moving all the way across a room over time.
Another big change is on combining stacks of Planar Shards. In the past, it took quite a lot of clicks to do it. With the new update, there's now an NPC located near the forge in Port Azure who is more than willing to bulk combine for players. The only catch is that it's a slightly worse rate than the 8 shards for 1 stone. Still, this gives players an option.
